Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor.
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
• Familiar with TNB SAFCA audit requirements.
• Must possess valid Yellow Book, First Aider Certificate, and NTSP (NIOSH TNB Safety Passport).
• No record of fatal accidents in the past two years.
• Able to join immediately (highly preferred).
• Additional safety-related certifications will be an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address safety-related challenges.
• Proficient in using safety management systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve safety objectives.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
• Develop and deliver tailored health and safety training programs for the workforce.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety considerations into construction planning and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive safety records and report on the company's health and safety performance.
