VALID YELLOW BOOK HOLDER ONLY! \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare the pre-job hazard assessment in documentation required by the site safety requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure contractors and workers are complying with the safety requirements at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with all Safety & Health requirements in customer sites \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Project Manager on safety matters, procedures and specifications as required by client and to ensure all workers are wearing PPE (personal protective equipment). \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform inspection on the tools and equipment used by contractor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Project Manager and identify any safety issues during project execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Check inventory of the first aid box weekly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure workers\xe2\x80\x99 passport, working permit, CIDB or any other necessary documents are always valid to work at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend Safety Meetings at site and prepare monthly report \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all the safety requirements complied by everyone at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure workers are working in safe and healthy condition \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all equipment/machinery are complying to safety requirement and safe to be used and check certificate of PMA & PMT \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with site team conducting housekeeping activity to ensure site cleanliness and tidiness. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare Safety Reports, HIRARC etc \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure workers are being briefed and working accordingly to the Job Safety Analysis and HIRARC. \xe2\x80\xa2 To involve in incident investigation if there is any incident at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform all other tasks as assigned that reasonably relate to regularly assigned tasks.
