Conduct daily toolbox briefings and safety inductions for all subcontractors. Prepare and ensure timely submission of Monthly Safety Reports to the client. Assist and coordinate subcontractor workers in obtaining CIDB Cards and Site Worker Passes. Keep the Project Management Team updated on new or conflicting legislative requirements that may impact the project. Develop, implement, and regularly audit the Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure all incidents are reported immediately; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and follow up on all corrective actions to ensure effective closure. Support injured workers by arranging modified duties and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Ensure all subcontractors comply with client safety obligations and communicate requirements clearly to project teams and stakeholders. Attend regular Client Site Safety Meetings to discuss issues, trends, and upcoming site conditions. Conduct routine audits on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure safe usage. Ensure all site staff and workers comply with the client's HSSE policies and procedures. Liaise with relevant authorities (CIDB, DOSH, JKKP, DOE, etc.) for required approvals. Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating hoisting, distribution, and installation activities. Support site installation works, including handover inspections and defect rectification. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager. Maintain strong interpersonal communication to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:



At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong incident investigation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to safety risks. Proactive, diligent, and well-organized in managing site safety activities. Able to read shop drawings and understand basic product components and installation methods. Familiar with preparing safety reports and updating project tracking information. Ability to coordinate with installers, fabricators, and relevant stakeholders. Possess relevant construction-related licensing or accreditation (e.g., CIDB, DOSH). Must possess Own Transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
