Key Responsibilities
Enforce and monitor compliance with project
Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE)
procedures.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and routine site inspections.
Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and unsafe acts.
Lead investigations and prepare reports for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives on all safety-related issues.
Maintain updated safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
Foster a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across the workforce.
Requirements
Registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book)
with
DOSH (JKKP)
.
Minimum 3 years' experience in construction / fabrication / installation site supervision.
Strong understanding of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and relevant Malaysian regulations.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Must be available for
immediate mobilization on 14th October 2025
.
Physically fit and willing to be stationed full-time in Pulau Redang.
Contract Details
Duration: 2 months (14th October - mid-December 2025)
Workdays: 6 days per week (as per site schedule)

Competitive monthly remuneration based on experience
