Our Team:

You will join the Real Estate and WorkPlace Experience (RE & Wx) newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all maintenance and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide (more than 15 projects).

The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.

Main responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to lead all Real Estate and WorkPlace Experience topics related to the CHC Kuala Lumpur office (80+ people)
• You will be the point of contact for our external providers.
• You will maintain excellent budget/schedule parameters and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations for the Real Estate and WorkPlace experience.
• You will manage the budget and provide forecast for the next 3 years.
• You will be responsible to manage communication to our employees for HSE, Security and WorkPlace Experience matters.
• You are responsible for the health & safety of all residents, complying with local regulations and Sanofi requirements, ensuring a safe & healthy work environment, maintaining adequate management systems & processes, including risk assessment, accident reporting & investigation, training, medical services, emergency preparedness
• You work with internal and external stakeholders to reduce the environmental footprint of the offices, raise awareness of our employees on environmental sustainability topics, and contribute to BCorp certification.
• Actively coordinate with SANOFI Country Security in order to:

• Ensure that all SANOFI standards and procedures are implemented,
• Report any Security related incidents or events (Local demonstrations, Break-in in the facilities, workplace violence or unusual events\xe2\x80\xa6).

• Ensure that all security equipment are working and maintain according to standards,
• Report if any systems or tools need to be maintained,
• You will be directly connected to the Global Re & Wx team and you will work closely with the local CoE management.
• You will be embedded in other RE & Wx Projects in Asia.
• You will have opportunity to work on new Projects.
