Job Description
Job Details1)tOverseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met. 2)tAssigning workflow assignments and shift schedules. 3)tEnsuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance. 4)tInspecting production outputs according to company specifications. 5)tIdentifying and troubleshooting any production issues. 6)tPrepare weekly progress reports for management. 7)tEnforcing company, industry, and government regulations. Requirements 1)tPossess at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry with supervisory experience. 2)tMinimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/Engineering or equivalent requirements. 3)tLanguage required: Mandarin (to communicate with China colleagues and counterparts), English and Malay 4)tAble to work within tight timeline. 5)tAbility to travel locally and outstation.
