Job Description

1. Design Planning & Development

Lead and develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and company standards. Review and provide guidance on drawings, moodboards, 3D renderings, and technical details. Ensure all designs meet aesthetic, functional, ergonomic, and budgetary requirements.

2. Team Supervision & Management

Guide, mentor, and supervise the interior design team in daily tasks. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project timelines are met. Provide training, coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

3. Project Coordination

Coordinate with Project Managers, drafters, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties. Oversee production, fabrication, and installation to ensure alignment with approved designs. Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve technical issues as needed.

4. Client Communication

Present design concepts, revisions, and project updates to clients professionally. Address client feedback and ensure their needs and expectations are met. Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

5. Quality Control & Budget Management

Ensure all design outputs meet aesthetic and technical quality standards. Oversee material selection, finishes, and furniture to ensure they meet project budgets. Perform final checks before project handover.
