Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Work under the supervision of the Production Manager to monitor site progress and ensure completion within the required timeframe. Coordinate and report periodically to the Production Manager on project status and progress. Manage installation teams to ensure work and materials comply with design specifications and safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients and technical teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Resolve any construction or technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and defect complaints during the defect liability period. Prepare daily reports and monitor workers' attendance at site. Assign and supervise daily workforce for supervisors and workers. Monitor and control labour, materials, and machinery mobilization. Plan and schedule material delivery to ensure smooth project flow.

Qualifications :

Minimum

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least

1 year of working experience

in construction or awning installation (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Able to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and willing to work outdoors or travel when required. Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Preferably below 30 years old.

Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
