, Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand safety, scheduling, cost, and quality requirements, and support the Project Manager in achieving these targets for all site activities. Oversee site supervision and coordinate various trades involved in the works. Monitor site progress and ensure all daily construction activities follow the work program. Implement and ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and the company's Occupational Health & Safety policies. Control the utilisation of materials, manpower, and machinery to minimise wastage. Report any non-conformances to superiors and initiate corrective action requests for subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct site surveys such as level checks and setting-out tasks. Ensure smooth logistical operations throughout the project site. Prepare the Daily Site Report and assist in preparing Progress Reports. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to maintain strong working relationships. Ensure all workers comply with the Main Contractor's site rules and regulations. Attend the Main Contractor's daily Toolbox Meeting (TBM) and comply with all TBM requirements. Ensure all workers wear complete PPE as required for their respective work conditions. Ensure all work activities have proper barricading and hoarding. Provide daily updates on job scope to the Main Contractor's EHS Department during morning meetings. Ensure all logistics arrangements comply with traffic and security rules set by the Main Contractor. Understand the Hazardous Material Control Plan and ensure full compliance with its requirements. Ensure implementation of the site's COVID-19 SOPs in line with relevant authorities' guidelines. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
