Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure that good quality of work is achieved. Daily site diary recording, monitoring and reporting. Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors and ensure that all works are in schedule and carried out in accordance to the approval drawings. Ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications and achieve quality aspect. Carry out architectural and structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Qualification:

Possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:

At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works. Able to read construction drawings and specifications. Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work. Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently. Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.
