Site Supervisor (ipoh)

Job Description
- Plan resources for all site works to supervise, co-ordinate and monitor to ensure all works carry out are according to program schedule and achieve required standard.
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
- Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.
- Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.
- Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.
- Minimize and control wastages.
- Liaison with local authority, tendering, implement project, cost control, material control, quality control and documentation.
- At least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building Construction or equivalent
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working environment.
- Possess own transport. Willing to travel to any project site at any time.
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- With minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Yellow Book Holder or with Site Safety Qualification is an added advantage.
