Jobs Description & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Monitor and supervise ongoing daily works on site \xc2\xb7 Deal with customers, sub-con, site workers inquiries and machinery/ equipment and materials on site \xc2\xb7 Assists admin in the documentation for claims projects \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications \xc2\xb7 Prepare work schedules; ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard/ work in tight schedule and deadline \xc2\xb7 Record and report to Project Manager for daily work progress and any site issues \xc2\xb7 Able to attend any emergency case during on call duty Skills needed: \xc2\xb7 Required spoken and written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English \xc2\xb7 Able to work under minimum supervision, good attitude, willing to learn \xc2\xb7 Initiative, able to work in team, work independently and interpersonal skill \xc2\xb7 In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry \xc2\xb7 Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions \xc2\xb7 Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field \xc2\xb7 Able to understand floor plan and architecture drawing \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport \xc2\xb7 At least 1 year experience in construction industry and supervising experience \xc2\xb7 Preferably someone who can start work immediately Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:

• Holidays

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
