Requirements:-

Male
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Able to work under pressure and independently to maintain high standards of quality
Able to multitask and willing to work long hours
At least 3 (three) years of working experience in Building and Civil Engineering construction site
Languages: Mandarin , English

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for overall construction site planning, activities, operation, site meeting and completion of work on time
Day to day management of the site, include supervising and coordinating the site labour force and works of subcontractors
Planning the construction work and managing construction resources and materials at site in order to meet the planned deadlines
Resolving technical difficulties and issues that may arise at site with Project Team or Engineering Consultant
Maintain regular communication with Project team on any potentially delaying issues and propose remedial action(s)
Prepare site diary on daily basis
Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations
