Job Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Architectural, Construction Management or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and

knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Familiar with construction drawings is must and the overall construction process. Strong leadership and communication skills. Must possess own transport and capable of handling multiple site assignments. Willing to travel outstation to Penang, Johor Bahru, East Malaysia, and other locations across Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.

Job Scopes:

Monitor daily site activities and report work progress to the Project Manager, including day-to-day management of workers, sub-contractors, machinery/equipment, and materials on site. Monitor the work of laborers and liaise with consultants/architects as directed by the Project Manager. Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and other related parties. Update and maintain records of manpower attendance, materials, machinery/equipment, and other relevant information pertaining to construction site safety compliance. Report daily job progress of teams via Telegram. Ensure compliance with and enforcement of safety standards on site. Assist the office team with project claim documentation. Respond promptly to any emergency cases during on-call duty. Carry out other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Project Manager.

Benefits & Remunerations:

Salary Range: RM3,000.00 to RM4,500.00
