- Prefer 2-3 years in mechanical air conditioning and supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical blueprints and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Supervise HVAC installations
- Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians; delegate tasks.
- Ensure work meets standards and specifications.
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct training.
- Communicate project updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
