- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Others or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work and handle a project with minimum supervision.
- Project coordinator & management & communication skills with contractor and team member.
- Salary based on work experience, travelling allowance and petrol allowance is provided.
- Posses own transport and willing to travel.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Coordinate, monitor and review progress of work at the site.
- Attend all project & progress meeting as per the meeting schedule.
- Check & coordinator combine service drawings and liaise with consultants and relevant contractors.
- Daily inspection & supervision of works to ensure the quality of works.
