Experienced candidate in civil engineering, quantity surveyor or landscape is preferable
Inexperience candidates will be considerable
Monitor project\'s progress while ensuring that workers know and follow onsite health and safety regulation
Delegate task and duties of a site team
Maintaining and monitoring tasks and duties of a construction team
Ability to work effectively, independently and as a part of a team
Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures

Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budget and expenditures
Attending and parcipating in stakeholder meeting
Documenting and following up important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing weekly/monthly report for work updates to the management
Enforcing safety protocols on site.
Monitoring worker attendance.
Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.
Ensuring the team\'s high quality of work.
Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.
Meeting with architects and other stakeholders before the project is implemented.
