Job Description
Job Responsibility Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. Work together with the kitchen team to serve food while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, all surroundings area, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing glass and draft machine Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy. Job Requirements We are looking for a Bar Supervisor / Service Crew that are passionate about cafe/ bar serving. Education Level minimum SPM Excellent customer service Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry OR no working experience but willing to learn also welcome to apply Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment The main job location is at the Subang Parade outlet, but the candidate must be willing to travel between other outlets in Puchong and Petaling Jaya.
