- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Higher Certificate, SPM, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in the related field are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English.
- Responsible for handling overall site activities.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure site safety.
- Plan and coordinate site activities.
- Check sub-contractor work, address defects, and ensure quality.
- Conduct site surveys and measurement work.
- Prepare daily site reports and report monthly work progress.
- Liaise with nominated subcontractors on relevant matters.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
- Order construction materials and hire/buy machinery, equipment, and tools for site use.
- Implement safety measures and guidelines.
- Monitor the service and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and vehicles for site use.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to avoid machine breakdowns.
- Ensure minimal wastage of materials used.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the head, superior, or management from time to time.
- Must be able to travel.
