Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Working hours: 8.30 -5.30pm (Monday - Saturday)
• 2+ years of experience in site supervision, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Skills Required: Project management, Problem-solving and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on the site to to safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
