1. Ensure all paperwork and posters are displayed on the site office wall and kept up to date 2. Ensure all reported near misses are recorded following procedure, and submitted to the Office Manager each week 3. Ensure all Safety and Environmental Statistics are recorded and sent to management monthly 4. Ensure current revisions of drawings are the ones being used on the site 5. Maintain a site diary, site correspondence file and photographic record of the project 6. Produce and display a roles and responsibilities chart, establishing the responsibility for each role on site 7. Be active to identify, and resolve issues regarding safety and reliability. 8. Ensure the safe operation of the site to avoid any undue problems. 9. Conduct regular inspections to make sure the safe and reliable operation of the site. 10.Work in coordination with internal teams and third parties to make working safe and feasible. 11. Organize site surveys, gas testing, and other preparations by following the permit conditions. 12.Recognize new or emerging issues to make working easy and keep track of log notifications for maintenance. 13. Be quick to report any site defects and observations that may affect the safety of the process or the operation of the site. 14. Assist site operations engineer on projects and outage preparation.

The 640KM ECRL is expected to be completed by end of 2026. The route starts at Kota Bharu in Kelantan and ends at Port Klang in Selangor. It will pass through Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Putrajaya Federal Territory. Passengers can have easy access in Putrajaya Central Station to go to Kuala Lumpur International Airport or other places in the east coast. The ECRL project will become the main transportation line between the east and west coasts, providing comfortable and convenient modes of travel and freight for the public, promoting the development of commerce, logistics, trade and tourism along the railway, improving people\xe2\x80\x99s livelihood, promoting regional development and upgrading local industry competitiveness.
