What this job involves: An expert facilities trouble shooter is who you should be in this role. The Multi-Skilled Technician is to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support in accordance with the client and the company\'s policies, procedures and processes. This role helps in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators for all technical services and Service Level Agreement targets and has an opportunity to work with local and regional team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. He provides comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services with a focus on continuous improvement and is responsible in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets for the client as well as financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager and ensures ahigh level of Client Satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like: Routine inspection and regular checking and cleaning of electrical and mechanical equipment such as, but not limited to the following: General handyman works Performs daily site monitoring, contractor assistance, equipment monitoring Daily direct reporting to facilities management Undertake any other duties over and above those listed within reason, as directed by your line manager Follow and participate in processes management and improvement Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Multi-skilled is preferred Can do general handyman works Ability to work well as part of a team is essential Trainings and Certifications is essential Can perform routinary works and with experience in handling electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment Computer or MS Office experience is essential but not required Required Skills and Experience: Trainings and Certifications are preferred Long-term technician experience is essential If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\'t meet all of the requirements.
