Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, testing, training, and collaborate closely with users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ERP implementation and provide day-to-day system support Offer 1st and 2nd level support for business and operations teams Collect, document, and model business requirements; translate them into application and operational needs Troubleshoot and resolve ERP application issues; coordinate with stakeholders on solutions Test and implement software updates, new functionalities, and develop reports/queries Support local application development across product supply and commercial processes Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors Create training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions Design and generate reports; provide technical support for reporting needs Estimate implementation costs, including change requests Participate in change management activities Travel occasionally within the APAC region

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.) Proven experience in ERP implementation or upgrades with external vendors Background in Manufacturing industry with strong business process knowledge Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
