Performs the entire personalized skin journey with customers in helping customers to achieve their skin health condition including displaying professionalism and prompt customer service care.
Responsibilities
Conducts, evaluates and records all skin mapping analysis results throughout customers\' entire journey with AS in achieving customer\'s desired skin health condition.
Recommends, explains and sells to customer our respective skin solution treatments including products effectiveness and efficacy;
Performs all facial, body treatment following to AS approved protocol for respective skin/body solution treatments;
Receives all incoming calls, attends to walk in customers enquiries, and assists to settle down those customers that turn up for appointments;
Administers customers\' skin solution treatment records, e-appointments, stocks recording and other administrative work of the salon ie. Daily reports and etc.
Performs tele-marketing calls as assigned from time to time and send text messages to remind customers for their treatments;
Performs cleaning of work areas and sterilizing all equipment and tools;
Other duty may be assigned by the company from time to time
