Smart Home Solutions Specialist

technical expertise with customer engagement

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Provide professional smart home consultation to customers -- from concept to completion. Prepare and present quotations, solution proposals, and design recommendations tailored to customer needs. Interpret

M&E drawings

and

floor plans

to plan and design smart home system layouts. Design and configure lighting, security, automation, and network solutions. Perform

installation, setup, and configuration

of smart home devices and systems. Conduct on-site surveys, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of solutions. Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide after-sales support and training to customers to ensure a seamless smart living experience. Stay updated on the latest smart home trends, products, and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience with smart home solutions, M&E plans, and lighting design. Technical knowledge in smart home installation, wiring, and configuration. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust with customers. Sales-driven mindset -- able to present solutions clearly and close deals confidently. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on-site. A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for technology, innovation, and shaping the future of modern living.
