\xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve monthly loan disbursement target of RM350k. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively pursue lead generation through calling prospective SME businesses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up closely on qualified leads, preparing proposals, meeting, and doing presentations for qualified clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building rapport and maintaining a good professional relationship with client and brokers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and grow monthly sales pipeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs to developing growth strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Credit proposal writing for Credit approval. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned.
