Client Background: A Fast-Growing Malaysia based Financial Advisory Company with branches at Kedah & KL. Providing a professional, Trust & Transparency financial services to solve/improve customer\'s finances.

Industry: Financial Services/Advisory

Location: Kuchai Lama (required own transport)

Position: SME Loan Department Manager (New setup team)

Tenure: Permanent (Mon-Fri) 9am-6pm

Remuneration: Basic + Commission/Incentive



You will be in newly setup team, working closely with Director on the department expansion

To be well versed in SME/Business Loan financial advisory procedure, flow, requirements, etc

Performs full cycle of recruitment & managing of new team members -Telemarketers and Consultants.

Train the team towards achievement focused and attain continuous improvement to deliver revenue, productivity and KPIs.

Enhance sales capabilities to ensure consistent growth in skills, competencies and product knowledge.

Motivate and develop your team members to ensure high performance culture is cultivated

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics/Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years\' team managerial/senior experience in Financial Services -Business/SME Loan

Ability to plan, implement and evaluate effectively.

Keen & interest to be hands-on and operational.

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
