• SMD Line Preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate printer programs / Program new components on SMD-Line DB / Create Reflow Programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining Equipment and Nozzles \xe2\x80\xa2 Operation Training and Guidance to SMT equipment for technician or operators AOI /X-Ray Machine \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and Program AOI database / Expert for the evaluation of errors at the AOI / Expert in repairing errors / Perform X-Ray tests / New products accompany \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish, Review and Revise SOP for trouble shooting, prevention, proper equipment operation and maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Operation Training and Guidance to AOI/X-Ray Machine in operation and Evaluation of AOI Maintenance / TPM \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily/Monthly Maintenance Schedule arrangement, Management and Preparation of Safety Operation Rules of the motorized equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Failure Maintenance, trouble shooting, and Repair Report of mechanical equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and Monitor the maintenance plans / Perform maintenance / Troubleshooting on machines \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot & Communicate with machine Supplier for malfunctions on machines ASM X-Series, Reflow Oven, AOI, X-Ray Machine & Wave machine. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain availability of the Indirect Material for machine usage & solder paste storage conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting SMT Manufacturing Engineer & Process Control Engineer to deal with SMT quality abnormalities \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain & Prepare equipment data for internal and external audit, plus carry out rectification and zeroing of non-conformance items \xe2\x80\xa2 Order and Manage solder paste, cleaning media / Maintain solder paste storage conditions Technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar & Expert for process parameters / Deep knowledge of machine functions and parameters \xe2\x80\xa2 Regularly qualify and verify the process function of machines \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with SMT machine (Solder paste printing, ASM X Series, Reflow Oven AOI & and X-Ray

Your qualifications

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor of Science or higher in mechanical engineering or similar field of study or equivalent experience preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 5 years of experience (Specialized in mechanical machines, SMT machines) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with ASM X-Series / Reflow Oven / AOI & X-ray . \xe2\x80\xa2 Work efficiently and productively both independently and in team settings \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate talent for conceiving efficient design solutions to complex engineering challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in CATIA V5, or similar 3D CAD software (Solidworks, ProE, Unigraphics, Siplace Pro , etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with designing any or all of the following: mobile & stationary material handling equipment, towed dollies, racks, stands, lift-assists, and end-of-arm tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional leadership ability to drive cross functional collaboration projects to completion on or ahead of schedule.
