Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT machines (e.g., Panasonic, etc.).

- Monitor SMT production line to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Perform routine maintenance on SMT equipment.

- Carry out quality inspections and visual checks (AOI, SPI).

- Collaborate with process engineers on improvements and process yield.

- Handle solder paste printing and component placement alignment.

Job Requirements:



- Certificate/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SMT operations.

- Familiar with SMT processes and common SMT machines.

- Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.

- Basic understanding of IPC standards is an advantage.

- Willing to work on shifts (if required).

- Able to speak and write in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
