Set up, operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly equipment to produce high-quality printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies
Perform solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering and other SMT processes
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Maintain detailed production records and documentation
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production processes and improve efficiency
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as an SMT Technician or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SMT processes, equipment and quality control procedures
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Computer literacy, including experience with production/quality control software

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
