Job Description

: - \xc2\xb7 Manage and improve the Maintenance SMT equipment to achieve highest standards of performance and achieve organizations vision & mission, financial figures and Maintenance KPIs \xc2\xb7 Carry out troubleshoot and repair of the breakdown machine. \xc2\xb7 Perform machine preventive and predictive maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Increase operation efficiency of equipment through trouble shooting \xc2\xb7 Model Switching (5-6times per day in average), read the program, set the back-up pin. \xc2\xb7 Set Printing Machine and Mounting Machine \xc2\xb7 Achieve higher productivity, efficiency and quality standards through effective communication \xc2\xb7 Constantly work together with Production, Engineering, and Planning & QA in order to achieve efficiency and effective plant utilization \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors \xc2\xb7 Analyses and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms. \xc2\xb7 Provides daily equipment functioning activity information. \xc2\xb7 Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects. \xc2\xb7 Aligns repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry. \xc2\xb7 Assists Sr. engineers in calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed Requirement: - \xc2\xb7 Knowledge on SMT machine process flow. \xc2\xb7 Typically requires a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / diploma / adequate experience on relevant fields. \xc2\xb7 Possess over 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Maintenance Engineer / Sr. Tech for SMT (Surface mount technology) \xc2\xb7 Has Maintenance experience of SMT (Panasonic, JUKI & others) equipment \xc2\xb7 Leadership (to educate members) and the stance of negotiate hard with a strong mind \xc2\xb7 Knowledge SMT process (paste solder, reflow oven, dispensing machine) \xc2\xb7 Knowledge and experience of SMT in EMS/OEM Company \xc2\xb7 PLC Programming (AB, Mitsubishi, Omron, GE Fanuc, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Electronic (Digital / Analog) \xc2\xb7 Servo drivers Programming \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of AutoCAD / Solid works \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in the following programming language (VB, C++, LabVIEW, SQL, Access) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
