Primary Objective:
Enhance sales productivity and effectiveness by providing support to sales staff by providing ongoing training, coaching, and guidance
Provide support/ motivate regions on and Mortgage Sales by attending their activities and soliciting new business opportunities.
Establish rapport with our stakeholders i.e. Community Banking, CBBC and Corporate Banking, Asset Management and Auto Finance Sales Outlet for business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop, implement and manage regional sales strategies & business plan to achieve region assets sales targets
Identify business opportunities to grow market share and NTB customers
Engage with Mass Affluent & Product Heads for products, promotions & campaigns
Sales Management
Set, review and communicate sales target to BMs, BDMs & SMs in line with the overall region\'s target and execution of business plan & sales activities
Coordinate with product & marketing team for collaterals & gifts for sales activities/campaigns
Review and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to improve sales force productivity
Manage leads / referreals and conversion into sales
Drive and manage sales activities including up-sell, cross-sell and customer retention
Operations & Compliance
Oversight on code of ethics of sales personnel during sales process to avoid mis-selling
Ensure sales personnel are equipped with relevant licenses
Inculcate sales personnel awareness of Audit, Risk & Compliance standards and policies
Staff Management
Plan and recruit regional BDM ASB & PF-i, SM, PB and SC ASB/PF-i
Identify, conduct and train sales personnel on product knowledge and selling skills
Coaching and mentoring of sales personnel for peak performance
Key Responsibilities:
Region / Branches visitation nationwide:-
Visitation and Sales Review meeting at RDO, branches, Asset Management Office and Auto Finance Sales Outlet.
Establish and enhance rapport with our business partners i.e. Real Estate agents, Valuer, Solicitor and Developers
Provide support/ motivate regions on and Mortgage Sales by attending their activities and soliciting new business opportunities.

Daily SRR from Regions \xe2\x80\x93 Review, recommendation & compiling before forward to Product for approval (twice a day)
Branches:
Mortgage business from customers and provide excellent before and after sales services
Ensure efficient Performance Tracking and continuously adapting new business strategies to improve sales
Ensure customer service is competitive vs industry level
Meet Compliance requirement as per our Banking Guideline
To create product awareness in the market by establishing strong networking with internal and external customers
To support and guide region on all related matters ie and Mortgage Application process from initial application to data entry in Flash System until the completion stage of disbursement
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Bachelor\'s Degree in business/finance related field.
- Cretfication by LIAM/PIAM for insurance
Min 10 years of relevant experience in Mortgage business
