Increase depth of relationship and provide holistic solutions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and
and maximise risk adjusted returns (RAROC / ROA) from the assigned portfolio in line withagreed business plan
Builds a wide client network and timely initiate prospect and assess opportunities/needs for new clients/accounts
Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio
Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and /or unsatisfactory account conduct which may affect the credir profile of the borrowers .
Leadership
Implement and execute strategies and business development plan for the assigned portfolio
Provide guidance to Relationship Manager and Junior Relationship Manager within the team.

Delivers excellent service standard and trouble shoots problems & complaints from clients.
Interpersonal Skills

Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate.

Min 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate and/or investment banking at an established Financial Institution.
Strong credit writing , analysis and structuring skills
