Job Responsibilities Responsible for growing the credit cards instalment loan receivables (ANR) and its corresponding revenue through various cross-sell strategies and initiatives, covering end-to-end responsibilities starting from conceptualization to design, execution, up to performance monitoring for continuous improvements. These areas include product development, marketing and communication strategies, channel expansion to increase reach (including digitalization of self-serve capabiilties), sales and distribution, running customer incentive campaigns, enhance operational processes and/or customer journeys, drive new tech enhancements, manage projects from time to time, and proactively manage and forecast financials. Levers for optimization include continuous efforts to fine-tune customer pricing and propensity modelling, credit risk frameworks, customer segmentation, leads planning and execution.
