About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for growing the credit cards instalment loan receivables (ANR) and its corresponding revenue through various cross-sell strategies and initiatives, covering end-to-end responsibilities starting from conceptualization to design, execution, up to performance monitoring for continuous improvements.
These areas include product development, marketing and communication strategies, channel expansion to increase reach (including digitalization of self-serve capabiilties), sales and distribution, running customer incentive campaigns, enhance operational processes and/or customer journeys, drive new tech enhancements, manage projects from time to time, and proactively manage and forecast financials.
Levers for optimization include continuous efforts to fine-tune customer pricing and propensity modelling, credit risk frameworks, customer segmentation, leads planning and execution.
Role may include overall accountability over specific portfolio products within the team including but not limited to card instalment loan products, credit shield insurance, personal loans, etc.
