About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

Attend to the more routine and administrative responsibilities of Investment Products (e.g., Unit Trusts and Structured Products):

  • Ensuring completeness and safekeeping of approval / setup papers, e.g., internal approval templates, Distribution Agreements and etc.
  • Assist with product setup, e.g., preparation of setup forms, liaising with responsible parties, preparing FIMM Lodgment letters and etc.
  • Assist with launches, e.g., setting up of Teams calendar invite and QR codes for attendance and quiz, preparation of training deck and etc.
  • Assist with promotion/campaigns announcements, revisions and fulfilment.
  • Assist with internal/customer communications - customer letters/notifications on the various required initiatives, e.g. fund suspension, portfolio rebalancing and etc.
  • Assist with regular internal reports submitted to various stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Relevant education in the area of accounting, finance, or any other wealth or investment-related areas.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, and wealth products would be a bonus.
