About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group\'s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly delinquency, Special Mention and NPL reports including the generation of the necessary data for the reports
• Follow up with business on status and updates on delinquency/SM/NPL accounts where necessary
• To generate and provide delinquency listing to Business Units for their monitoring and collection follow up
• Maintenance of account grading and system parameters in NPL system.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma Holder with more than 5 years of experience and Degree Holder with less than 2-3 years experience with related background of study.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• The ability to work as part of a dynamic, results oriented team
• Possess good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people of all levels.
