You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of our website and end-to-end implementation of selected web projects, campaigns or tasks. During the course of your work, you will be working closely with keys stakeholders to develop and implement new ideas to enhance website offerings and drive up web visits, online leads and sales. You will ensure quality and timeliness of web content for the Bank. Key responsibilities include:- Manage and monitor overall web\'s content management process to ensure timely deliverable of JRs within agreed SLA/TAT and compliance standards. Responsible and key liaison person in enforcing Web Corp standards, governance, policy and best practices. Champion and lead in managing and implementing Corp Web related projects, enhancements & solutions to provide superior customer experience - Digital journey and customer U/X. Plan and execute SEO strategy to promote and ensure relevancy of Corp Web content and improve Corp Web traffic and ranking. Track and monitor web traffic, conduct analytic study and research to identify insights for web traffic and customer experience improvements. Review business requests and provide solution to address business requirements related to Corp Web. Work closely with stakeholders to conduct gap analysis to identify areas of opportunities to improve customer online journey and experiences. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Job Requirements 1-3 years of relevant working experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, digital agency with banking exposures. Hand on experiences in web design, website management, development tools: HTML, CSS, TeamSite, Open text, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash or equivalent. Possess excellent aesthetic sense for graphic design, Digital journey or UX. Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns to drive business goals such as sales and leads through the digital channels. Good knowledge of digital techniques such as search marketing, search engine optimisation and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Adobe Experience, WebTrends). Able to work independently and in a team, with a willingness to learn the business proactively. Possess good Interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
