About the Role

We're looking for a

Social Commerce Executive

to manage our growing

TikTok Shop and live commerce operations

for clients and in-house brands.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, creative, and passionate about driving

real results through TikTok Live and shoppable videos

. You'll coordinate live sessions, work with talents and producers, and also create short, engaging content that converts views into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage TikTok Live sessions -- including finding, scheduling, and briefing live hosts. Act as a

backup host

when needed. Create and upload

shoppable videos

-- plan ideas, work with talent/producer, or shoot and edit independently. Monitor sales performance and continuously optimize live and video content for better results. Manage order fulfilment and coordinate with packing/dispatch teams. Maintain and update TikTok Shop listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Oversee TikTok Affiliate Program -- recruit, manage, and motivate affiliates to boost sales. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly

sales reports

. Earn

sales commissions

based on performance. (Bonus) Experience with

TikTok GMV Max

or similar sales optimization tools.

Requirements

1-3 years experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or live selling. Strong understanding of TikTok features (Shop, Live, Affiliate, and Shoppable Video). Able to shoot and edit short-form videos (basic use of

CapCut

or similar tools). Excellent coordination and communication skills. Organized, independent, and able to handle multiple campaigns at once. Creative mindset with a strong sense of visuals and sales appeal. Comfortable being on camera (advantage).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
