The Social Media Manager is in charge of the companys interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice. They devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data. Social Media Managers also identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.
The incumbent is also responsible for overseeing a companys interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Requirements
3-4 working experience with Degree /4-5 working experience with Diploma
Familiar with Financial Services industry (not limited to fintech, loans, BNPL)
Preferably female as they are more active in this industry.
Knowledge of how to use Adobe Suites is preferred. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Premier Pro, Indesign)
