Create and curate content for our social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements Assist in developing content that is engaging and relevant to our target audience Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development and execution of the social media content strategy Learn and apply best practices to align content with marketing goals and target audience Monitor and manage our social media channels, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages Assist in maintaining a consistent posting schedule Foster interactions with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and friendly manner Learn to cultivate a vibrant online community around our brand Assist in tracking the performance of social media content Gather insights from data and assist in adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement Work with the marketing team and designers to create visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics Stay updated with social media trends and tools Explore emerging platforms and contribute to discussions about new approaches and technologies Learn to ensure that all content aligns with the company\'s brand voice, style, and guidelines Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or currently pursuing) 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms and driving engagement and growth Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques Creativity and the ability to think strategically to develop compelling content and campaigns
