Content creation:

Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Content strategy:

Develop creative content ideas that align with the marketing calendar, including food-related skits, behind-the-scenes looks, and trend-based videos.

Platform management:

Schedule and publish posts across social media channels and ensure a consistent brand presence.

Audience engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, monitoring engagement metrics like likes, shares, and comments.

Trend analysis:

Research and stay up-to-date on the latest F&B and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration:

Work with the marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and content ideas.

Performance tracking:

Monitor social media analytics and use the data to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Skills and qualifications

Creative skills:

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills are essential. Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut, VN, or Canva is often required.

Social media expertise:

Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective trends and best practices.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and audience interaction.

Creativity:

The ability to brainstorm and execute fresh, engaging, and creative content ideas.

Adaptability:

Willingness to experiment with different video concepts and adapt to new trends.

F&B knowledge:

An understanding of food and the F&B industry is crucial for creating authentic and appealing content.
