Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in creating social media content. (Please ensure the content from at least the best of your last three videos is featured on your social media platform)
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an F&B, retail, or hospitality setting.
Strong organizational and clerical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the company`s owner to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand identity and goals.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Monitor social media trends and leverage them to engage audience segments effectively.
Assist in planning and coordinating social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Analyze social media insights to improve content strategies and increase engagement.
Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
Scheduling and publishing using social media management tools.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining records.
Assist in the hiring and training of new staff.
Handle bookings for visits, special events, and private functions.
Process payments and manage financial transactions.
Support the supervisor and operations manager in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Can work multi-tasking whenever required.
