Job Description


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with minimum a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • No certificate but have an experience with social media content creator also welcomed.
  • Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in creating social media content. (Please ensure the content from at least the best of your last three videos is featured on your social media platform)
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an F&B, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the company`s owner to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand identity and goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them to engage audience segments effectively.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Analyze social media insights to improve content strategies and increase engagement.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
  • Scheduling and publishing using social media management tools.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new staff.
  • Handle bookings for visits, special events, and private functions.
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions.
  • Support the supervisor and operations manager in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Can work multi-tasking whenever required.
  • No experience will not be entertained
