Intelligent Money Social Media Content Creator iMoney is a financial aggregator across Malaysia and Philippines. We provide a range of solutions to our B2C and B2B customers looking for financial products and services. This role is best suited to someone who is dynamic and enthusiastic in creating social media content who aspires to be a KOL to join our team at iMoney. You would be given the opportunity and freedom to manage our social media platforms and implement strategic growth strategies; while creating content suited to iMoney\'s brand and vision. An understanding of the best practices of a variety of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok) and portfolio of social media content (feed post, story post, reels(video), product shoutouts, campaign video) to demonstrate your content creation range, creativity and ability will be an advantage. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategy in collaboration with the Group Digital Marketing Manager. Develop the monthly social media content calendar. Oversee day to day management of all social media accounts Devise social media messaging in synergy with wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events and activations. Audit and analyze social media presence, engagement, following, analyse social trends and data and measure success of social media campaigns to justify the value of social media in building the brand. Develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness(creative & copy) editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), TikTok content Work with internal marketing, creative teams and photographers and videographers to produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives Ensure content created is optimized for platforms and adhering to best practice Initiate and drive influencer strategy & engagement in collaboration with the Marketing & PR manager to leverage social media opportunities. Drive traffic to the brand website through various social media channels. Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimize content and performance based on insights. Take ownership of community management (proactive and reactive) Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Prepare content for promotional email campaigns and schedule distribution through CRM system Provide support as required with website updates ensuring synergy across platforms Schedule on-site digital screen updates. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication and writing skills Great multi-tasking capabilities and strong organizational skills Creative thinker and resourceful problem solver Solid understanding of social media trends, technologies and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance Extensive Knowledge of major social media platforms, principally: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google My Business and social media tools and analytics An understanding of Asian social networks is a plus, such as WeChat or Weibo. Must have a creative eye and working knowledge of image editing, artwork creation, video production English & Bahasa; Chinese (bonus)
