Content Production:

Plan, capture, and edit engaging photos and videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Content Planning:

Create innovative content concepts that align with the marketing schedule -- including food-related skits, behind-the-scenes clips, and trending video formats.

Social Media Management:

Oversee scheduling and posting across all social media channels to maintain a consistent and recognizable brand identity.

Community Interaction:

Engage actively with followers by replying to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Monitor engagement levels such as likes, shares, and interactions.

Trend Research:

Stay updated on the latest trends in both the F&B and digital media landscape to ensure content remains current and appealing.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas and promotional content.

Performance Analysis:

Track social media insights and analytics to assess content effectiveness and improve engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Creative Expertise:

Proficient in photography, videography, and editing. Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Canva is highly preferred.

Social Media Knowledge:

Strong understanding of key social media platforms, including their algorithms, trends, and content best practices.

Communication Skills:

Excellent writing and speaking abilities for crafting captions, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Innovative Thinking:

Ability to generate unique and captivating content ideas that capture attention and reflect brand personality.

Flexibility:

Open to experimenting with new formats, styles, and emerging social trends.

F&B Awareness:

A solid understanding of the food and beverage industry to produce genuine, appetizing, and relatable content.
