Purpose of the position

Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop high-quality social media content, that aligns with our clients' brand identity and marketing objectives. Platform Management: Manage and maintain our clients' social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube). Community Engagement: Interact with our clients' followers and engage in meaningful conversations to build and nurture online communities. Analytics: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement. Trending Topics: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for relevant content. Collaboration: Work closely with other team to ensure that social media content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals.

Academic & trade qualifications

College/Degree education level in relevant field. 2-3 years in community management and social content creation experience Excellent knowledge of Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, XHS, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices Possesses a good attitude and able to work independently Attention to detail Understanding of Digital Marketing Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
