About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager

to oversee our company's online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content to grow our audience, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (copywriting, visuals, videos, stories, reels). Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty. Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce impactful content.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of different social media platforms and content strategies. Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and optimize performance. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or influencer marketing. Photography, video editing, and graphic design skills. Knowledge of brand strategy and online reputation management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
