Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Social Media & E-Commerce Assistant

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of our online store, promoting our brand on various social media platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Social Media Management:

Content Creation & Curation:

Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) related to outdoor activities, products, and promotions.

Community Engagement:

Interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster an active, engaged online community.

Campaign Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns (ads, influencer collaborations, etc.).

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and increase engagement and brand awareness.

E-Commerce Support:

Product Listing & Updates:

Assist with adding and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all details (descriptions, images, prices) are accurate and up-to-date.

Order Management:

Monitor and assist with processing orders, including tracking, fulfillment, and customer inquiries related to purchases.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via email, live chat, or social media channels.

Promotions & Sales:

Help manage online promotions, discounts, and sales events to drive conversions and meet sales targets.

Website & Product Experience:

Site Maintenance:

Help ensure that the website runs smoothly and is regularly updated with the latest product offerings, promotions, and content.

SEO Optimization:

Assist with basic SEO tasks to improve organic search ranking and drive more traffic to product pages and blog content.
