TUDIA is currently seeking a creative minded, knowledgeable, passionate and goal oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media & E-Commerce Executive.

Candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness online.

Job Scope:

1. Content Creation & Design

Plan, design, and create engaging content (images, videos, reels) for

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X)

. Design marketing visuals using

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

, and edit short-form videos using tools like

Premiere Pro or CapCut

. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional content creation.

2. Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and updates across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, reply to comments and messages, and maintain positive community interaction. Track content performance and assist in preparing social media reports. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.

3. PR & Influencer Outreach

Draft and send

PR and collaboration emails

to influencers, media contacts, and partners. Coordinate product seeding, gifting campaigns, and follow-ups with influencers. Build and maintain a database of creators and media partners.

4. E-Commerce & Marketing Support

Assist in managing

online marketplaces

such as

TikTok Shop, and Amazon

. Support product listings, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day operations. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and eCommerce strategies. Opportunity to

learn and grow into eCommerce marketing and marketplace management

roles.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

, and

video editing tools

. Passionate about

social media, digital marketing, and eCommerce

. Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
