• Minimum Diploma in Art & Design, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent
• Passionate about social commerce and the digital marketing landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior experience in marketing or relevant internships is a plus.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, possess good personality and communication skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Strategies and executing of content across various social media channels: TikTok, Meta, website
• Manage KOCs, KOLs and content creators to execute successful review and branding campaigns, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth campaign execution
• Lead and execute strategic brand planning, encompassing online and offline initiatives such as POSMs, collaterals, and company identity
• Develop brand architecture, positioning, and strategy, including the creation of logos, taglines, messaging, creative materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and oversee the creation of engaging social media content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize insights and analytics to develop effective brand strategies that drive growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of offline events, including roadshows and photoshoots, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned by superiors or management
